What information do I need to get my Screach channel up and running?
Getting started with Screach is simple - all you’ll need is access to the Internet and your login details.
How do I activate my Screach account?
Go to my.screach.com and type in your email address and password (these are your login details) and press the sign in button. That’s it, your account is activated.
What are my login details and where can I find them?
Your login details are your email address and the password you gave us when you first signed up to Screach. These will have been emailed to you.
I need help with Screach, when is your help desk open?
To login in, go to my.screach.com and type in your email address and password (your login details). Just press the sign in button and you’re logged in. To save you time typing in your login details every time you visit my.screach.com, just press the remember me button.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to my.screach.com and click the ‘Forgot Password’ button and enter your email address. You will receive an email from us which will explain how you can, quickly and easily, get a new password.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, go to my.screach.com and click the ‘Forgot Password’ button and enter your email address. You will receive an email from us which will explain how you can, quickly and easily, change your password.
What is my.screach.com?
my.screach.com is the nerve centre of your TV channel - it’s the place where you control all the great stuff that appears on your TV screens. It’s divided into two areas:
- My Media - this is where your the adverts and events you create appear.
- My Promotions - this is where you control what appears on your TV screens.
They will both be empty now, but don’t worry it won’t take you long to fill them with your events and offers.
What is My Media?
My media is an area in my.screach.com - it’s basically your storage area. When you start making adverts to promote your offers and events, this is where they’ll appear.
What is My Promotions?
My Promotions is an area in my.screach.com - it’s where you control what appears on your TV screens. It’s where you add the adverts you want to see and also, and put them in the order you want them to appear.
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is an area in my.screach.com - it is where you select a design for your adverts.
What do I do once I have logged into my.screach.com?
Once you are logged into my.screach.com you can start making adverts to promote your events and promotions and get they displayed on your TV screens. Watch the videos at the top of this page to see how to do this.
