We are currently looking to hire a creative, enthusiastic & experienced Dynamics 365 Specialist for a full-time, fully remote opportunity here at Screach. You will work within the Operations team to determine the best value approaches to deliver business requirements using the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. As our Dynamics 365 expert, you will help to ensure the quality, scalability, and extensibility of our solution. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your daily work will involve configuring, enhancing, testing and supporting our Dynamics 365 implementation, collaborating with our diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers and the CTO to ensure that your solutions meet the requirements of our business functions and are delivered on time. 


  • Understand and practice our development process within the team.
  • Deliver solutions which achieve our business objectives.
  • Improve the quality and stability of the solution with maintenance bug fixes.
  • Participate in reviews or your own and colleagues’ solution designs.
  • Contribute to project planning by providing effort estimates for the team’s future work.
  • You will be expected to document your work clearly and concisely.
  • You will be expected to assist our Customer Support team with investigations and suggestions related to issues reported by users.
  • You will collaborate with the technology team to support integrations with our platform.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years’ commercial experience in the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions. 
  • Experience creating solutions to deadlines for eCommerce and subscription-based business models. 
  • Experience of with one or more of the following modules: Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Finance, Business Central, Commerce.
  • Able to quickly understand complex business requirements to develop simple and elegant zero-code solutions.
  • Experience of working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Is committed to self-learning and skills development. 
  • Passionate, driven and critical of their own work. 
  • Enjoys working in a fast-moving agile culture.
