We are currently looking to hire a creative, enthusiastic & experienced Angular Front-End engineer for a full-time, fully remote opportunity here at Screach. You will work within the Tech team, developing and maintaining and adding fresh new capabilities to our Hub. As our resident Angular expert, you will help to ensure the quality, scalability, and extensibility of our platform. 

Reporting to the CTO, your daily work will involve developing new features using the latest Angular framework and supporting libraries such as NGRX. You will design, implement, document and test your code, collaborating with our diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers and the team’s Product Manager to ensure that the code meets the requirements of our customers and is delivered in a timely fashion.  

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years’ commercial experience building large scale, performant enterprise web applications.
• Experience using the Angular framework, NGRX and the redux state pattern. 
• Experience architecting complex system interactions with data flows and APIs 
• Experience of commercial software development to deadlines 
• Experience of writing automated tests 
• Good communication skills, well organised, good time management 
• Experience of working autonomously and as part of a development team 
• Is committed to self-learning and skills development. 
• Passionate, driven and critical of their own work. 
• Enjoys working in a fast-moving agile culture. 

Duties

• Understand and practice our development process within the team.
• Assist in the design, implementation and documentation of complex features.
• Improve the quality and stability of the product with maintenance bug fixes.
• Participate in reviews or your own and colleagues’ code.Contribute to project planning by providing effort estimates for the team’s future work.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• Previous work experience as Angular Front-end Engineer.
• Advanced programming skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing and testing protocols.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good project management skills.
