We are currently looking to hire a smart, driven graduate with a desire to work in an interesting and challenging field where your creativity and lateral thinking will be challenged daily. You will work within the Operations team to determine the best value approaches to deliver business requirements using the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. As one of our Dynamics 365 trainee experts, you will help to ensure the quality, scalability, and extensibility of our solution.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your daily work will involve configuring, enhancing, testing and supporting our Dynamics 365 implementation, collaborating with our diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers and the CTO to ensure that your solutions meet the requirements of our business functions and are delivered on time. The opportunity is full-time and fully remote and all training will be provided; On successful completion of your training you will receive a Microsoft accredited certification in the management of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

· Understand and practice our development process within the team

· Deliver solutions which achieve our business objectives

· Improve the quality and stability of the solution with maintenance bug fixes

· Participate in reviews or your own and colleagues’ solution designs

· Contribute to project planning by providing effort estimates for the team’s future work

· You will be expected to document your work clearly and concisely

· You will be expected to assist our Customer Support team with investigations and suggestions related to issues reported by users

· You will collaborate with the technology team to support integrations with our platform
