DEVELOPING A MULTI-CHANNEL PLATFORM TO ENGAGE CUSTOMERS & INCREASE SALES FOR UK TOP PUB BUSINESS.
Marston’s wanted to utilise its TV screens across its 1,700 venues and deploy a cost effective, dynamic and flexible multi-channel platform that would provide engaging and interesting content tailored to its venues and customers - with the ultimate aim of improving customer experience and driving sales.
Marston’s worked with Screach to create its own dedicated TV channel - Marston’s TV, which is now showing in many of its town centre bars, local pubs and across all the Generous George sites.
The system, which utilised Marston’s existing AV equipment, now enables customers to view Marston’s TV on interactive screens in family areas, on bar top advertising screens and on large wall-mounted televisions.
Bespoke modifications to the Screach platform has provided Marston’s with an easily updated specials boards and an interactive jukebox where customers can use touch screens in booths to select the music they want to hear.
By providing a fully managed service including the design, creation and updating of content across all the pubs, Screach ensures the channel is always updated and the content engaging. This includes showing the latest BT Sports Sky and terrestrial fixtures, with no effort required from the staff in the pubs.
