SCREACH TRIAL LEAGUE TABLES

With the Screach Trial up and running we've put together three league tables to help you monitor how you're performing. Below we've added an explanation detailing how each table has been calculated.

WEEKLY PERFORMANCE TABLE

The first table you'll see details each venue's weekly performance, measured from Sunday to Saturday.

• Area 1 shows how your venue performed relative to other venues in the trial. The green and red arrows indicate if your position has moved up or down the table since last week. 
• Area 2 indicates how many promotions have been added to screen by you or a member of the Screach Team at your request, during the week. 
• Area 3 indicates how many promotions have been posted to Facebook by you or a member of the Screach Team at your request, during the week. 
• ​Area 4 shows the total promotions posted to Facebook and to screen during the week. 
• The 3 colours indicate which venues met both targets (green), which venues met one target (orange) and which venues met neither target (red). 
  ​Note: On-Screen Targets = To publish at least 1 promotion to screen each week.
  Note: Facebook Posts Target = To publish at least 3 promotions to your Facebook each week.

TRIAL TO DATE PERFORMANCE TABLE

The second table shows your cumulative targets met over the trial period to date, starting August 1st.​

• There are TWO points available each week. A point is awarded for updating your screens with at least one new promotion and a second for posting three promotions to your Facebook page. 
• Area 1 shows how your venue is performing relative to other venues in the trial. The green and red arrows indicate if your position has moved up or down the table since last week. 
• Area 2 indicates how many times you've achieved your weeks on-screen target throughout the whole trial period. For example if this table was from week 5, the maximum points available would be 5, this could only be achieved if the on-screen target was met for each of the previous 5 weeks.
  Note: On-Screen Targets = To publish at least 1 promotion to screen each week.
• Area 3 indicates how many times you've achieved your weeks Facebook posts target throughout the whole trial period. For example if this table was from week 5, the maximum points available would be 5, this could only be achieved if the Facebook posts target was met for each of the previous 5 weeks.
  Note: Facebook Posts Target = To publish at least 3 promotions to your Facebook each week.
• Area 4 indicates the number of times you've achieved your on-screen and Facebook targets vs the number of targets you could have met. In this example Stourvale has achieved there on-screen and Facebook targets 7 times (4+3) out of a possible 10 opportunities, (5 weeks x 2 targets per week), therefore they have a 70% achievement rate. 

SCREACH BROADCAST TIME

The third table details the percentage of time dedicated to Screach on measured screen.

• % Screach Broadcast Time is calculated by taking the amount of time Screach was playing on measured screens as a proportion of potential broadcast time (the time you're open). For example, if you're open for 100 hours a week, and you had Screach on screen for 80 hours and Sky Sports on the screen for 20 hours, your % Screach Broadcast Time would be 80%.
• The information in the table only takes into account measured screens. A 'measured screen' is one where there is a Screach camera monitoring what type of content is playing on screen. Consequently, this shows us the amount of time that screen is playing Screach. However, other screens that can show Screach but are not monitored by cameras will not appear in the measure, as we don’t have access to this data.
  Note: The information is gathered on a weekly basis, running from Sunday to Saturday.
