MULTI-VENUE PROMOTION DEPLOYMENT
Screach’s Multi-Venue Promotion Deployment feature allows you to deploy the promotions you create and customise in the My.Screach portal directly to multiple screens across your estate. Saving you valuable time and effort whilst helping drive customers back through your doors and boosting brand awareness.
Below we’ve listed a few quick steps taking you through the process, check them out!
STEP BY STEP
1. To begin the process of deploying your promotion to multiple screens you’ll need to login to My.Screach.
Note: You’ll need to be logged in at a head office level to access this functionality.
2. Once you’ve logged in you’ll be able to see the My.Screach dashboard and all of your promotions.
3. Find the promotion you’d like to deploy and click on it.
4. Four options will become available, click ‘Apply to Venues’.
5. On the next page you'll be presented with a simple tick box pop-up, click on the drop down arrow that sits alongside to the group you'd like to manage.
6. You can then begin selecting every venue you want to deploy your promotion to.
Note: If you wish to remove your promotions from multiple venues, you can do so by deselecting them in the tick box area.
7. Once you’re happy with your selected venues click ‘Update’.
Note: If a selected venue has already deployed the same promotion to screen, it will not be duplicated when you add it to the venues channel.
8. You’ll then see a pop-up alerting you which venue's received the promotion.
Note: To guarantee the promotion plays on screen at the selected venues, the Screach boxes in those venues will need to be online and ready to receive the update. Need a hand checking your boxes are online? Check out this helpful Walkthrough Guide.
9. If the selected venue's have their boxes online they'll receive the promotions within a couple of minutes!
